Depor Guadalajara attacks ‘La Fuensanta’ after almost two years of undefeated Conquense in its stronghold

There are no impossible things for Deportivo Guadalajara, who conquered “La Fuensanta” this Sunday, where Balompédica Conquense had not lost since January 2023, almost two years. The purples won the derby 0-2, accompanied in the stands by some 350 supporters and who remain second in the standings of this group V of the Second RFEF, one point behind the leader, the reserve team of Getafe.

Dépor have conceded only five goals in eleven matches. That’s the key. And then there’s gunpowder on it. Against Balompédica, the goals were scored by David Amigo, who already has five in La Liga (and one in the Fed Cup). Manu Ramírez also scored five. The Madrid striker made it 0-1 after touching Raúl Bernabéu in a one-on-one in the 34th minute, while he made it 0-2 in the penalty area after a pass from Manu Ramírez in a play started by the captain. Ablanque in the 65.

Conquense, located in the middle of the table, were able to enter the game with a little more luck, as Yuya Yoshimura and Jairo Cárcaba sent balls towards the posts. Next Sunday, Dépor will host Illescas (12:00 p.m.) and Conquense will travel to the Talavera field (6:00 p.m.), two other regional derbies.

Indeed, CF Talavera regained victory by beating Rayo Majadahonda thanks to a solitary goal from Rubén Solano in the 85th minute. Edu Gallardo let a ball slip between the lines to the Alicante striker, who crossed it with his left foot. The truth is that the Blue and White had chances to score earlier, notably on a shot from Álvaro López which hit the crossbar and on a shot from Álvaro Sánchez which a Majariego defender took on the line . With this victory, ‘Tala’ ranks sixth, tied on points with fourth and fifth.

Finally, CD Illescas suffered its third consecutive defeat by losing at home against UD Melilla by 1-3. Iván Ramos made it 0-1 heading into half-time and César Gómez equalized in the 77th minute, but the visitors took all three points thanks to two more goals from Ceballos and Abdellah. Illescas is eleventh, one point out of relegation.
