The train considers trains as punctually, which arrive at the destination with a maximum delay of five minutes and 59 seconds. Only for six minutes, the delay enters the statistics, as it is late. According to Lutz, with 66.3 percent of punctual trains during long transport, the database was better in the first quarter than in the previous year. The group made a target corridor from 65 to 70 percent for punctuality with prolonged transport for 2025. The railway leader adheres to this goal.
About 80 percent of the delays were associated with poor infrastructure, “because they are too old, too exposed to interference and completely overloaded with many routes and nodes,” Lutz emphasized. “Although we achieve progress in reconstruction of infrastructure, the quality of the plant is worse than expected.” Sometimes this requires new construction sites in a very short time.
Clients: Inside, the railway is still true for the train, said Lutz. “Of course, they are not happy with punctuality.” But demand has even increased compared to 2024.

The end of family reservation for economic reasons
