Following statements by British, German, French and Dutch officials against Iran, the ambassadors of these four countries in Tehran were summoned to the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
According to the Azad Iran Telegram channel, the Iranian Foreign Ministry has described as non-constructive the statements of the Foreign Ministers of Britain, Germany and France, along with the United States, regarding Iran’s supply of ballistic missiles to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine.
Majid Nili Ahmad, head of the Western Europe Department of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, reportedly condemned the statements and sanctions against Iran in a meeting with foreign ambassadors.
“Insisting on such a position serves the West to continue its hostile policy. Of course, Iran will respond to such measures,” he said.
Referring to the conflict in Ukraine, Majid Nili said that Iran did not send ballistic missiles to Russia and that these statements are unfounded.
