Route number 569 from the bus station to Masazır settlement cannot provide comfortable movement for passengers.

According to the passenger, the buses that circulate on line 569 are old, small and defective.
“Regardless of the season, the air conditioning does not work, the doors are operated with the doors open. Due to the limited number of buses and the duration of the interval, passengers have to wait for a long time. The buses are not washed or cleaned,” the complainant stated.
