A dispute between Astara district officials resulted in the commission of an administrative error.
“Qafqazinfo” reports that a protocol has been drawn up under article 510 (minor hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offenses against Z. Rafiyev, born in 1987, director of the school in the Burzuband village of the region.
It was reported that the school director enrolled his son in a speech therapy course at the “Maryam Kids” kindergarten in Astara for a monthly payment of 180 manat. However, the center’s employee, who was supposed to carry out the training, left his job after a while and the service he provided was interrupted.
The school principal subsequently contacted the founder and director of the center and demanded the money back, and the other party promised to return 70 percent of the payment. However, since the money was not returned at the agreed time, Z. Rafiyev went to the garden and made noise there, cursing and insulting the director.
Following the complaint of the head of the garden, a protocol was drawn up about Z. Rafiyev.
The school director was fined 50 AZN yesterday by a decision of the Astara district court.
