The woman was unable to move and had no way to get out. The water was up to his knees.. A man, seeing the situation, did not hesitate to go out into the street to help him.
This brave man took the lady in his arms and he took her to a safe area. Fortunately, the story had a happy ending and both managed to get to safety.
