Does Khamenei know how vulnerable Iran is?

Former US presidential advisor for the Middle East, Dennis Ross, made a statement on the situation around Iran and its strategic capabilities.

In your account on the platform “UNKNOWN” He noted that Iran had lost a key defense capability with the destruction of the S-300 radars and lost the ability to modernize its ballistic missiles, which he believed would have a long-term impact on the country’s security.

“Iran lost its strategic defense capability when the S-300 radars were destroyed and cannot renew its ballistic missiles. “This is a long-term vision,” Ross wrote.

Ross also highlighted that Hezbollah, as Iran’s main ally in the region, is significantly weakened. However, despite this vulnerability, Iran continues to proclaim that it is willing to give an “overwhelming response.”

He concluded his message by asking whether the country’s spiritual leader, Ali Khamenei, understands how vulnerable Iran really is in the current environment.

Let us remember that Iran is planning an attack against Israel using more powerful weapons.

According to information provided by The Wall Street Journal, citing Iranian and Egyptian sources, Iran could be preparing to attack Israel again using higher-yield warheads. This information comes amid rising tensions in the region, as well as warnings from the United States, which urged Tehran to refrain from carrying out attacks.

Egyptian officials said Iran allegedly hinted that it was prepared for an intense, multifaceted retaliatory attack. The latest Iranian military casualties are forcing Iran to respond, and that could involve Iraqi territory, an Iranian official said. Unlike past operations, a more aggressive attack on Israeli military targets is expected.

Although it is still unclear to what extent these threats are realistic, WSJ sources report that Iranian officials have briefed Arab diplomats about the possible involvement of not only the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, but also the regular army. However, this does not necessarily mean a full deployment of Iran’s armed forces.

Israel, for its part, is prepared to respond decisively, depending on the nature and scale of the Iranian attack, should it occur.
