North Korean Ambassador to Russia Shin Hong-chul has been greeted with applause upon his arrival at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), RIA Novosti reported on September 4.
The philosopher asked the diplomat to stand up and applaud. Alexander Duginacting as moderator of the session “Southeast Asia in a Multipolar World”.
As reported EADaily EEF is being held at the Far Eastern Federal University campus on Russky Island in Vladivostok. The forum will end on September 6.
