An unpleasant incident occurred as a result of a technical failure on the bus with state registration 99-JU-719 traveling on route number 125 of the company “BakuBus” LLC.
Baku.ws was informed about this by the press service of BakuBus LLC.
It was reported that the driver had to stop the bus due to a malfunction in the bus gearbox and immediately reported to the Monitoring Center:
“However, at that time, some passengers demanded that the bus continue its journey, as a result of which there was a misunderstanding and conflict between the driver and passengers. Surveillance cameras showed that the driver behaved rudely with bus passengers, Mammadaga Balaaga oglu Aliaghayev, was detained in accordance with disciplinary rules and received an administrative sanction.
We apologize to passengers for the incident and would like to assure them that all necessary measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again. “We reiterate that passenger satisfaction is the main priority of our activity and invite passengers to continue close cooperation to improve the quality of service.”
