Moscow’s Nikulinsky Court registered an administrative protocol against Kazakh author and artist Itsyk Tsyper (Igor Tsyba) under the article on drug propaganda.

The protocol was drawn up under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses on the propaganda of narcotic drugs by a foreigner, clarifies RIA Novosti.

This crime entails the imposition of an administrative fine of 4 to 30 thousand rubles with or without deportation from the Russian Federation, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days with or without deportation from the Russian Federation.

The video for the song “Smoke” was released in August 2023 and has currently received more than 71 million views on YouTube.
