Law enforcement officials said they detained participants in a pro-Palestinian demonstration in Amsterdam’s Dam Square. This was learned on November 13 on the social networks of the Dutch police.

“We ordered the protesters to leave. Later, some left voluntarily. The remaining protesters are surrounded by police officers. “They are detained.” — reports the police press service on the social network X.

The riots in Amsterdam occurred on the night of November 7-8. Masked men carrying Palestinian flags attacked Israeli fans after a soccer match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and local club Ajax.

As a result of the clash, at least ten Israeli football fans were injured and about 62 people were detained, Izvestia recalls.
