A dangerous situation prevails on the section of the Guba-Khachmaz highway that passes through the settlement of Timiryazev.
Residents in the area are worried about the risk of around 10 dead trees falling.
“A few days ago there was wind, we were without electricity for two days. Dry branches broke the electric cables. They even fell on the house. If this happens to someone, who will be responsible?” complain the neighbours.
It should be noted that on September 3, due to a strong wind, a large tree fell and caused damage to the neighbors.
The victim, Pakiza Mammadova, says that she has not found a solution to this problem for years:
“A few years ago, a tree fell and destroyed my roof. When I applied to the relevant institutions, they told me that we could not help. I spent 14,000 manats to repair the roof.”
