The Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan proposes to introduce electronic contracts and work books. The corresponding draft resolution has been submitted to public discussion, reports Sputnik Kyrgyzstan.
As the department explained, the document was prepared with the aim of improving the legal regulation of labor relations in the republic.
“It also improves employers’ interaction with employees, helps reduce bureaucracy, and allows government agencies to more effectively monitor compliance with labor laws.” – says the certificate of justification.
Special attention is paid to data security. Electronic workbooks will ensure reliable storage of information about work activities, minimizing the risks of loss or damage to this data.
