According to the information, at the meeting one of the shareholders was interested in the prospects for the production of a cheap car. In his response, Musk said that “Tesla” currently has no such plan.
“I don’t think it makes sense to have a normal $25,000 car in the plan. It would be stupid,” he explained.
Musk added that all the power of “Tesla” is currently focused on the production of unmanned taxis.
