England won a resounding victory over Finland

The match of matchday IV of League B of the UEFA Nations League, in which the teams of Finland and England faced each other, has ended.

Oku.Az reports that the teams met at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki (Finland). The match was refereed by the referee team led by Georgi Kruashvili (Georgia). The English team won 3:1.

In the 18th minute, Jack Grealish, midfielder for the English team, opened the scoring with the help of Angel Gomes. Later, defender Trent Alexander-Arnold increased the visitors’ lead in the 74th minute. Midfielder Declan Rice increased the score after receiving a pass from Ollie Watkins. Three minutes later, defender Arttu Hoskonen scored a goal for the hosts.

Teams from Greece and Ireland also play in Group II of League B.

The current winner of the UEFA Nations League is Spain. In the final of the last draw, the Spanish beat the Croatian team 0-0 (5-4 pen.).
