Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Ankara hopes to overcome the crisis around Ukraine in cooperation with the new US administration.
In addition, the Turkish leader noted that he wants to discuss developments in the Middle East with Trump, particularly Israel’s actions, and expressed his hope that Trump will stop supplying weapons to the Jewish state.
The Turkish president also said that he invites the newly elected American president to visit Türkiye.
