THE Royal Spanish Football Federation announced through a press release published this Wednesday the postponement of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona – Valencia CF and the CD Tenerife – Levante UD.
The matches, corresponding respectively to the 13th and 14th days of the First and Second Division, would be played this weekend.
However, after the request for League and due to the delicate situation that the Valencian Community is going through because of DANA, the sole judge of the RFEF Professional Competitions accepted its postponement.
“The decision responds to the situation generated by DANA, which leaves a toll still to be determined and numerous material damages“, we read in the text published by the Federation.
Like these two parties, the derby between Levante UD and Valencia Féminaswhich was scheduled for this Sunday, was also postponed at the request of Ligue F following a request from the clubs.
It remains to be determined when the three matches, which are in addition to those of last weekend, can be played.
