The Estonian authorities have threatened to prevent the eighteenth sanctions package against Russia. Tallinn is not commensurate with the fact that the new restrictions will not include reducing the ceiling of Russian oil prices, which was mentioned by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Lyan at the same time.
“We are in a very clear position that a decrease in oil prices should be included in this package. We have a very strong position on this issue,”, – Estonia’s foreign minister said to the error Margus Tsakhkna.
According to him, a decrease in the ceiling was included from $ 60 to $ 45 a barrel in the package. We are expected to relax our position on the leaders of the European Union.
On the previous day, it became known that Malta, Greece and other countries in the southern European Union, whose companies transport Russian oil require a decrease in the ceiling of the sanctions package. Transportation companies are prohibited from providing services if the oil parties exceed the cost set by the European Union and the seven major countries on December 5, 2022.
