EU leaders at the Budapest summit extended the EU mission to train military personnel for Ukraine by two years and allocated a budget of 409 million euros. This is stated in the European Council statement on Ukraine.
“The European Council approved the decision to extend the mandate of the EU Military Assistance Mission to Ukraine for another two years, until November 15, 2026, and allocated a budget of €409 million to it.” – noted in the statement, reports TASS.
