Production of Vikings Valhalla Series

Production for the first season of Vikings: Valhalla was curtailed earlier this year with roughly 5 episodes completed out of 8. Vikings: Valhalla commenced production in early October 2020 at Ashford Studios, Wicklow, where the original series Vikings were previously produced. The Production and filming were cancelled due to various positive cases of COVID-19 after the tests were conducted.
At the moment many cast and crew members reportedly have tested positive; but, it was revealed that the production had received many false-positive tests. Production was scheduled to begin again at Ashford Studios in Ireland in August 2021. And this time we expect Netflix and the Production Members to at least complete the filming of 16 episodes that are the first two seasons.
