According to Lent.az, the incident occurred on A. Mammadov Street in the city.
Thus, Vusal Ilgar oghlu Mirzayev, a 34-year-old resident of the city, hanged himself in the living room of his house.
He is said to have previous convictions for drug and robbery offences.
The incident is being investigated.
