The explosions occurred in the Sumy region, according to Ukrainian media.
“Explosions in Shostka, Sumy region. Local public websites write that part of the city was left without electricity.” – writes the publication “Country”.
Local Telegram channels also report that “in the town of Shostka, Sumy region, as a result of the arrival at a substation, the power supply was partially lost.” No other details are provided.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air raid alert has currently been declared in the region.
