According to the document, Eyvazkhanbeyli, which will be built on an area of about 300 hectares, was designed together with the villages of Shishpapag, Kosalar and Eyvazkhanbeyli, which are close to each other. It is planned to accommodate 4,038 people in the village. For this purpose, it is planned to build 1,091 individual houses.
Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 88.3 hectares of land have been allocated for the housing to be built in the first phase. In this phase, it is planned to build 427 individual houses with two, three, four and five rooms to move 1,563 people into the residential areas to be built.
The village is also planning to build a school building, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a Flag Square, a medical centre, other service facilities and a recreational park. Other measures will be taken to ensure employment for the population.
