Families live in fear in the Sabunchu building, which is in danger at every moment: “The walls are rotten.”

Although from the outside it looks like a dilapidated building that has been abandoned due to the end of its operation, there are people living in these two-story houses.

Khezerxeber.az reports that many families live in these two buildings located at Ali Karim, 48, Bakikhanov settlement, Sabunchu district of the capital.

Residents say the walls of the two-story buildings built in the 1950s have rotted because they were built of wood.

Most residents live in rented apartments at other addresses due to the condition of the building.

The executive authority of Sabunchu district told “Khazar Khabar” that these two residential buildings located at 46 and 48 Ali Karim Streets were built in 1955.

There is no relevant law of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the emergency situation of those buildings.
