The two men were arrested on suspicion of violating a sentence by violating a restraining order and communicating with the girl, while the woman was arrested on suspicion of committing an offense of incitement to abandon a minor and coercion. .
The investigations were opened following a complaint filed by the victim in which she recounted the events, which led the judicial authority and the public prosecutor to order an investigation into the facts. The Family and Women’s Reception Unit (UFAM) of the National Police has started investigations aimed at clarifying the facts.
Investigators discovered that the events are linked to the arrest, several years ago, of two relatives of the minor as alleged perpetrators of a crime of sexual abuse against the minor. Both were sentenced to a total of 16 years in prison and banned from communicating or approaching him.
The agents learned that for several months, a woman familiar with the minor had forced meetings with her in different places, both on public roads and after school and in places of leisure, in order to influence her to record themselves saying that the facts alleged against the two relatives were not right and thus ensure that they will not go to prison.
Likewise, the woman urged the minor to speak ill of the center where she was housed and to say that she wanted to be with her family, prompting her to run away.
One of the men, who investigators said had contacted the minor directly and also through the victim’s aunt, was seen in a vehicle next to the center. The other family member was also seen near the facility and allegedly communicated indirectly with the minor.
The girl was affected by the harassment she received and due to the pressure she was put under, she eventually recorded herself saying that everything she said regarding the abuse was a lie and that she wanted to be with her family since she wasn’t. GOOD. in the center.
At the end of the investigations, the agents arrested the three relatives this Friday, November 8 and the alleged perpetrators were brought to justice.
