The founder of Ana Vatan Party (AVP), former MP Fazail Agamali and his sons, Elchin Agamali, Gunay Agamali and Yalchin Agamali, were brought to court.
According to information obtained by “Gaynarinfo”, the plaintiff is the Closed Joint Stock Company (QSC) “Agrarkredit”.
JSC’s claim will be examined in the Baku Commercial Court. Ulker Hasanova was appointed judge in the case. The litigation is related to disputes over the loan agreement.
In addition to Fazail Aghamali and his children, the SA “Agrarkredit” sued the company “Agricola” against Samira Akif gizi Aghamali, Kamran Yalchin oghlu Aghamali, Orkhan Yalchin oghlu Aghamali and Sugra Sevindik gizi Imanova.
According to information, Samira Aghamali, Kamran Aghamali and Orkhan Aghamali are grandchildren of the former MP.
As for “Agricola” LLC, there is no information about the company in open sources. Even in the registration data of the State Tax Service the name of the company is not found.
Fazail Agamali confirmed the information in his statement.
Fazail Agamali said that the loan was granted to the company “Agricola” several years ago. However, during the pandemic, the company’s work slowed down:
“From this point of view, there was a certain problem in the payment of the loan. Negotiations have already been held with the management of “Agrarkredit” and an agreement has been reached on the payment of the loan in installments.”
The former deputy did not want to reveal the amount of the loan. But according to the information, we are talking about a large amount of credit.
Fazail Aghamali was an MP for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th convocations of the Milli Mejlis. He did not participate in the parliamentary elections held in September this year. Gunay Agamali, daughter of the former MP, nominated her candidate in the upcoming elections and won a mandate in Salyan-Bilasuvar-Neftchala constituency 65.
