The FBI has officially acknowledged that Donald Trump suffered this Sunday the second “attempted murder” in just two months. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials appeared just two hours after the shooting that occurred while the former president and Republican candidate in the November 5 election was at his Florida golf club.
Unlike the attack he suffered on July 13 while giving a rally in Butler, Florida, during which the sniper was killed, this time the agents managed to arrest the attacker alive.
The shooter managed to gain access to the security perimeter deployed to protect Trump, and he did so with a visible weapon, given the dimensions of the weapon he used, an AK-47 assault rifle.
This is the second time that Trump’s life has been seriously compromised in just two months, in the middle of the election race.
