Feijóo asks the government if it accuses the prosecutor and the judge of releasing a person who lies

The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, highlighted this Saturday that the parties that support the government have become “accomplices and accomplices» of the “systemic” corruption of the PSOE, which businessman Víctor de Aldama admitted on Thursday before National Court judge Ismael Moreno.

At an event in Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia), Feijóo warned President Pedro Sánchez and his ministers: “Lose all hope, Justice works and you will pay for what you have done“.

The PP leader wondered if, by taking legal action against Aldama for insults and slander, the government was accusing the judge of “freeing a liar.”

“They intend to say it by saying that everything is a lie,” said Feijóo in reference to the government’s strategy to discredit Aldama; “If everything is a lie, maybe they are saying that the prosecution is asking for the freedom of the person who lies in court?”

After listening to his nearly two-hour statement, in which he detailed the payment of bites to ministers and leaders of the PSOE, the judge released Aldama on Thursday evening, at the request of the anti-corruption prosecutor’s office, give credibility to the testimony of the businessman and consider that he is collaborating with Justice.

Thanks to Aldama’s confession and the judicial investigation into the Koldo case, Feijóo said: “now we are uncovering the case bitesthe tickets that they paid for at the ministry headquarters, the apartments that were paid for so that members of the Government could have relationships,” he said in reference to former minister José Luis Ábalos.

We find out what he, his wife and his brother did“, he added, “everyone is prey to this so-called corruption.”

And all this explains, underlined the leader of the PP, why President Pedro Sánchez clings to power, seeking all kinds of alliances: “We now understand the desire for power at all costs, the absence of scruplesthe permanent changes of opinion, his obsession with justice and the media.”

“They are in government for their defense, for [garantizarse] total impunity,” he added.

“While they are writing their defense briefs, we will strengthen the political alternative in Spain,” announced the opposition leader.

But he also alluded to the responsibility of the parties that support the majority of the government: “With everything we know, today, supporting Sánchez no longer makes you a simple partner, it makes you an accomplice or accomplice of his excesses.

“There is no longer any room for lies and corruption in the Moncloa Palace,” he warned, “the windows must be opened, because there is a certain rotten smell“.

It is for this reason that he called for the opening of a new political scene. “We will do it, sooner or later, with or without other parties,” said Feijóo, “but surely in the company of the majority of Spaniards. Because Spain does not deserve what we are experiencing.”

Alberto Núñez Feijóo made these statements during a meal with members of the PP in Murcia, after participating in an event for the jubilee year in the Basilica of Vera Cruz, accompanied by the president of the Regional Executive, Fernando López Miras, and the mayor of Caravaca de la CruzJose Francisco Garcia.
