Fifteen months later, Fernando Aranguren Reta will once again be a councillor in the Pamplona City Council. This Thursday, in the ordinary plenary session convened at 4:30 pm, he will take office as the new mayor of the Unión del Pueblo Navarro (UPN).
Aranguren replaces María Echávarri Miñano who resigned for personal reasons after two terms and what we have been since then in the Consistory.

The new councilor will approach the presidency and there he will swear or promise the Constitution and will receive the badge that reproduces the coat of arms of the city and that is given to all the councilors of the Pamplona City Council.
