“According to the Secretary General of our Federation, it is now difficult to play matches with the Russian national team. “This is because FIFA will take punitive measures against the FFB for this match.” – Traore said.

In turn, the Russian national team midfielder Daniil Fomin spoke about the benefits of the friendly match in Krasnodar against the Brunei team, which ended with a score of 11-0 in favor of the locals.

Meanwhile, the press secretary of the Football Federation of Tajikistan Faridun Saliev He said when his country’s national team will be able to play the next friendly match against the Russians:
“Now we are at the end of the year, we are summarizing the results. On December 9, the draw for the Asian Cup team will be held: the opponent of the Tajikistan team will be known. Then after that, we’ll see everything. There are plans for a match against Russia next year. But we will see everything in January next year. There are no details yet.”
The Russian national team retained 34th place in the FIFA ranking, despite two victories in friendly matches. The updated rating was published on November 28.
