A fire broke out in a shop in the Mehdiabad settlement in the Absheron region.
Oku.Az reports that the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has published information on this matter.
It was reported that forces from the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of the Interior and Communications immediately responded to the area.
Upon assessing the operating conditions at the site, it was determined that the fire occurred in the bakery and that the risk of spread was high.
Thanks to the prompt intervention of the firefighters, the fire was extinguished in a short time without allowing it to spread and extend to a larger area, including neighboring objects.
As a result of the fire, the bakery’s roof with a total area of 400 square meters and the glass cotton roof covering with an area of 200 square meters were burned.
The rest of the workshop and adjacent facilities were protected from the fire.
