This afternoon there was a house fire at 21/1 Sadovo-Spasskaya Street, in a Stalinist high-rise building in the center of Moscow. This is reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
At around nine o’clock in the evening, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that rescue teams responded to a request at the high-rise building on Sadovo-Spasskaya Street, 21/1. The ten-story portion of the building was on fire. At that time the fire had already been extinguished.
“Firefighters of the capital of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished a fire in the center of Moscow. The wooden cladding of the high-rise roof was burning on an area of 30 square meters. 38 specialists and 11 teams extinguished the fire.” — reports the ministry’s telegram channel.
