Pineapple and switch salad

  • 200 grams of previously peeled shrimp
  • 200 grams of pineapple
  • 1 large avocado, which we cut into cubes

  • For Vineigrette: We will mix 40 ml of lime juice, 60 ml of Aove, a honey dessert spoon and a dagger of chopped coriander

Nectarin salad and figs

This salad is an ideal way to introduce fruits in the diet of the most lazy, in addition to leaving these two summer fruits that grow up so quickly when they are collected. These are the ingredients that you need:

  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 50 g of nuts (you can replace it with pistachios or hazelnuts, if you prefer)

Chicken and mango salad

This salad is ideal for any time of the day. This time, the protein will provide us with chicken breast, which can be replaced without problems with smoked salmon or for portions of tofu. These are the ingredients that you will need to have in the pantry:

  • 200 grams of protein at your choice: chicken, salmon or tofu. The last suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If we choose chicken breasts, we will collapse after cooking
  • 1 large mature large mango with cubes
  • 150 grams of children’s spinach
  • 1 Cucumer Cut to small slices
  • 100 grams of nuts or other dry fruits from your choice
  • For Vineigrette, we will choose lime juice (40 ml) and add 40 ml AOE, 30 honey and a pinch of ground cumin

Strawberry and spinach salad

This salad is a real delight and explosion of tastes. Strawberries are very well associated with goat cheese and other ingredients. To additionally improve aromas, we are going to offer a vinaigrette, also made of strawberries. This is what you need to have at hand:

  • 175 g of strawberries are cut in half or in the quarter
  • 75 g of goat cheese chopped into slices
  • 100 g of spinach flashes or other green sheet from your choice
  • A handful of raisins
  • 1 avocado
  • For vinaigrette: you need 100 grams of cut strawberries, 25 g of sugar, 125 ml of balsamic vinegar and 70 ml of olive oil.

To make a vinaigrette, we only need to crush strawberries next to sugar. We will allow this mixture to stand at least one hour to release all your juices. As soon as this time has expired, we pass it through a sieve and mix it with olive oil. This vinaigrette can be saved for up to ten days in the refrigerator, not afraid to spoil.
