Popular artist Flora Karimova sued the Ministry of Health.
This was reported to “Gaynarinfo” by the artist’s lawyer, Elcan Hasanli.
The lawyer stated that the objective of the petition before the court is to annul the certificate issued by the Ministry of Health to Sevinj Heydarova:
“In 2021, Sevinj Heydarova obtained the certificate in the specialty of plastic surgery and was allowed to carry out practical activities. We also appealed to the court for the cancellation of that document.”
Elcan Hasanli stated that the Ministry of Health gave the same document to Sevinj Heydarova.
“We have two legal proceedings related to this issue. One of them is currently ongoing. In that proceedings, our claim is related to the damage caused. The current lawsuit is only related to the cancellation of the certificate granted to Sevinj Heydarova. This document” The ministry gave it to him and that is why we have sued the ministry.”
It should be noted that the popular artist Flora Karimova underwent cosmetic surgery on her eyes in 2021. The operation was performed by Dr. Sevinj Heydarov, a well-known plastic surgeon. The singer said that after the operation he had complications and at the same time his eyesight was completely weakened.
