The Foios Festivals Department, which runs Husband Carmen Cabodecided to suspend the festive events planned in this city for the second weekend of November due to the mourning caused by the dana and thought it would be wise to take the boilers to one of the municipalities concerned.

In addition to the rice broth, which was very well received by all those who came to pick it up from the school where it was cooked, the Town Hall asked for the collaboration of citizens to accompany this dish with a homemade dessert.

It is for this reason that the neighbors, volunteers and operators present also received wrapped candy individually, who have finished a meal that, for many, “tastes divine”.

“It is a very typical Valencian dish, we want to convey solidarity, that is why we gave up celebrating these calderas in our city and decided to bring it to someone so that affected by DANA“, explained the city councilor.

As one of the architects of this action commented, Ivan-Albertthe rice required about six hours of cooking to “find the point” so it could be served with beef, pork and lamb, vegetables, spices, water and salt.
