Former internally displaced people: “Years later we will open our eyes in our native Shusha”

“When I left Shusha I was 27 years old, I was displaced from my homeland at the best and youngest age of my life, now I return to my hometown at the age of 58.”

This Oku.AzIn his statement to the former IDP who moved to Shusha today Gultekin Babayeva saying.

He noted that it was always his dream to live this day and he waited with emotion:

“We couldn’t sleep at night because of excitement. We have been waiting for this day for years. Finally, after many years, we will open our eyes in our native Shusha. We are very happy.

We thank our Commander in Chief and our victorious Army for making these days possible for us. May God have mercy on our martyrs and give good health to our veterans!”

It should be noted that today the next migratory caravan leaves for the city of Shusha. At this stage, 16 families (60 people) are transferred to their homeland. With this, a total of 220 families (823 people) were settled in the city of Shusha.
