Earlier today, President Vladimir Putin decided to dismiss the Roman Starvoet from the post of Minister of Transport, who held this position since May last year.
Based on the presidential decision, Andre Nikitin, the former deputy minister and former governor of the province in Novgorod, was appointed Minister of Transport.
