Former Wagner player who attacked an ambulance arrested in Russia

A man who attacked an ambulance for refusing to give him a flu shot has been arrested near the Akademicheskaya metro station in the Russian city of St Petersburg.

Oku.AzThe Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region informed the Russian media about this.

According to the information, the identity of the alleged hooligan has been established. The attacker turned out to be a 38-year-old Tunisian citizen and is already in the pre-trial detention center. It is reported that for the past 6 years he was imprisoned for theft, robbery and drug trafficking. During the period between sentences, the Tunisian was pardoned, went to war as part of “Wagner” and after his return committed another robbery.

Police have reason to believe he is the person caught on surveillance cameras throwing bottles at the doctors’ car.

It should be recalled that in early September, an unknown person attacked an ambulance near the St. Petersburg metro station “Akademicheskaya”. After doctors refused to vaccinate him against the flu, a man threw garbage and bottles at the doctors’ car.
