Alpin driver Pierre Gasly was penalised at the Azerbaijan Formula 1 Grand Prix in Baku.

The decision was taken by the stewards of the International Automobile Federation (FIA). It was reported that the driver’s car exceeded the permitted fuel consumption during the qualifying round.
For this reason he was disqualified. Although Gasli finished 13th in the qualifying round, he will start the main race in last place, 20th.
It is worth noting that the main race of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix will start at 15:00.
