Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have officially registered potential compensation claims if Manchester City are found guilty of breaching the Premier League’s financial rules on 115 counts.

If City are found guilty, the clubs listed above could claim compensation for lost profits for not winning the league title or qualifying for any European competition in recent seasons. The amount of compensation can reach hundreds of millions of dollars.
It should be noted that the accusations against Manchester City are related to exaggerating income and hiding expenses through sponsorship contracts.
