The investigation by the General Information Commission (CGINF) made it possible to determine that the actions had been planned for several days and were carried out for the sole reason of hatred towards the victims due to their homeless status.
The four detainees were brought to justice this Thursday and investigators do not exclude that there are other cases committed by the same group of perpetrators.
