Images of French VAB armored personnel carriers (APCs) being shipped from Mourmelon-le-Grand, northeastern France, to Ukraine have emerged on the Internet.
France will send 128 armored personnel carriers to kyiv, which will equip the 155th Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the “Two Majors” telegram channel reports.
The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, created in 2024. It was created as part of the expansion of nine other brigades and is called “Anna Kyiv”.
The day before it was reported that the training of the soldiers of this brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was being completed in France. It was noted that the unit will soon be transferred to Pokrovsk, where the most difficult situation for the troops of the kyiv regime developed. The preparation lasted two months.
