Baku TV prepared a report on the third day of COP29 within the framework of the “COP-BAKU” project.
It was reported that extensive discussions took place on November 13 in both the Blue Zone and the Green Zone. At the same time, the negative impact of climate problems on water bodies was discussed, which were included in the agenda according to the proposal of Azerbaijan.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that the climate of the “maritime zones” of France and the Netherlands, especially the areas of the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean islands, are facing very serious difficulties.
Finally, the President drew attention to the fact that France flagrantly violates human rights. The Azerbaijani leader criticized European institutions that remained silent about France’s actions.
