He XIII International Festival of Fantasy and Horror Films of Navarre It will take place at the Casa de la Juventud in Pamplona between the 24th and 26th of this October.
The exhibition looks back at the audiovisual proposals of recent years in competition. Each session will take place at 7 p.m. with FREE ENTRANCE.
In the sessions of October 24 and 25 You will be able to see and vote for the short films in competition in the Official Section, and on the 26th the festival will close with the awards ceremony.
That day ‘The dining room table’ will be presented in Pamplona (Spain, 2022, 88′), by Caye Casas. This feature film, released in Spain without much success, became famous after being considered by the writer Stephen King and the filmmaker Mick Garris the best horror film of the year.
This morning at Youth House The festival was presented by the delegated advisor for economic promotion, European projection, innovation, youth and development cooperation, Mikel Armendáriz Barnechea, and the director of the Navarra International Fantastic and Horror Film Festival, Miguel Suárez del Cerro.

This Terror Week at the Youth Centeraimed at people between 14 and 30 years old, will offer free entertainment activities, the “Let It Be Sweet” competition and two passes for the “El Casino Infernal” escape room (registrations from tomorrow, October 18).

This day will be marked by the representation of LaVaBo Companyformed by Vanesa Cristóbal Antoñanzas and Boris Díaz Monllor, who will carry out a musical intervention and a presentation before the announcement of the winners.
The festival jury is made up of personalities of the genre, among whom stand out the filmmakers Carla Calderón and Ana Isabel Martins, the actor Fernando Albert Bermejo, the cultural promoter Brenda Ramírez and the announcer and writer Luis Ortiz Escalante.
Horror Week: Preparing for Halloween
Among the activities parallel to the festival programmed by the Town Hall from October 22 to 26, the competition returnsWhether it’s light, in which you bet with those present on the weight of objects associated with books of the genre; the prizes: classic horror literature, always an illustrated book or graphic novel related to the subject.

In addition, every afternoon of the week, at 5:30 p.m., different activities are planned. We will have to test courage with games (Tuesday), we will be able to learn to paint and personalize “nightmare” t-shirts (Wednesday), questions, riddles and tests related to horror films and books will be asked (Thursday) and a terrifying karaoke will be scheduled (Friday) with candy or treats.

This same association will be the one which Saturday 26, coinciding with the end of the festival, offer an afternoon of #Horror leisure with makeup, decoration and interpretation workshops linked to terror, in addition to staging a “Passage of Terror” with different characters. These activities, planned for people between 14 and 30 years old, are also free and will take place at the Youth Center from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
