The food expert pointed out that when freezing meat products and those containing protein, they can only be defrosted once. One of the important points to keep in mind when freezing meat is to keep its environment in such a way that no air gets in. 80 percent of vegetables are made up of water. If not frozen properly, it can cause food poisoning.
