The Galatasaray club proposed to send Yunus Akgu to Napoli and pay 25 million euros to permanently transfer Victor Osimhe.
Oku.Az Napoli officials said they will evaluate the offer to send Victor Osimhe.
It should be noted that Viktor Osimhen scored six goals and four assists in eight games this season.
