The cellar Garcia Carrion obtains the privilege of being appointed Best winery in Spain in the Mundus Vini Awards-Summer Tasting Edition 2024 after harvest good results at the Berline Wine Trophy-Summer Edition 2024 and at the VinDuero-VinDouro Awards 2024.
The García-Carrión group has obtained a total of 49 prizes in the international Mundus Vini competition, including 22 gold medals and 29 pieces of silver for their wines and cavas. Five of these products received special recognition Best of Show (Best product of the competition) in their respective fields Appellations of origin (DO).
Mundus Vini, founded in 2001 in Germanyis one of the competition the most prestigious in the world, with blind tastings carried out by expert oenologists, sommeliers and specialist journalists. It takes place twice a year, in spring and at the end of summer, and constitutes a benchmark for quality in the wine sector.

Among García Carrión’s notable products, its cava Jaume Serra Gran Reserva Chardonnay 2018 revalidated the Best Cava of the Competition award during the summer 2024 edition, after winning it during the spring edition. Other award-winning products include cava Black paw Raw and Pata Negra Ribera del Duero Rosado 2021, which has already received the gold medal and recognition as Best Product of the Competition during the summer 2022 edition.
