The State Attorney General, Alvaro Garcia Ortiz, and the provincial prosecutor of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, joked adding “a little cyanide” to the public prosecutor’s information note against Alberto González Amador, boyfriend of Isabel Díaz Ayuso. “We both think the rating [de prensa] “It’s perfect, even if it makes you want to add a little cyanide,” says Pilar Rodríguez via WhatsApp to García Ortiz, who responds with a “ALL RIGHT.” The next day, he would release the official statement just hours after allegedly leaking private emails to a media outlet revealing confidential negotiations aimed at reaching a compliance agreement for tax crimes.
