These words were spoken by Professor David Aptsiauri, Director General of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in his statement to the “Report”.
“We have recently witnessed the dynamics of the development of economic relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia. Huge projects signed years ago contributed to this. Bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia are of geopolitical and geoeconomic importance.
The foundations for all this were laid in the 90s. Despite all the difficulties, we managed to implement the first large international regional projects,” said D. Aptsiauri.
According to him, friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia go back decades, not now.
“Relations with a friendly and brotherly country, as well as being part of joint international projects, should be an example for everyone. Georgia is doing everything possible so that Azerbaijani businessmen invest more in the country.”
