The man intervened in a fight between his two dogs and found himself lying on the asphalt with various traces of blood after being bitten by the animal.
A German citizen was admitted to the hospital in Manacor after suffering an attack by his pit bull in the area of Cala Millor, in the municipality of Son Servera, Mallorca.
As reported by the local newspaper ‘Última Hora’, the German couple, owners of two dogs, were walking through the streets of the city. an attack took place when the owner tried to separate the two dogs, who were fighting, and ended up on the ground after being bitten by the pit bull.
With the man lying on the asphalt and with various traces of blood which were resolved by a tourniquet, the authorities reacted to put an end to the attacks of the animal. When they arrived on the scene, they found a woman holding a rottweiler and several pedestrians who had managed to tie the pit bull to a lamppost.
Once the tension had subsided, several ambulances were sent to treat the injured person and the pit bull was arrested and transferred to the kennel.
